This message stick comes from a very strong tree which at one time drew its strength from Mother Earth - the giver and sustainer of life - our story is in the land…feel it….
Kayi Ngunta – the Pathway to Knowledge. We begin the pathway with the circles of life which goes on forever with the rays of sunshine a symbol of hope spiriting out giving us hope and courage to begin the journey. As we travel along this pathway we will learn from meeting together - a meeting place - where we can gain strength and direction and learn to support each other – to lean on and to be lent on and move forward. The 3 Spirit Women Dancers “Strength” “Empowerment” and “Beauty” show the strength from meeting together and the empowerment from helping each other and passing on the knowledge and the beauty of moving forward together.
